Abstract

This master's degree focuses on the recognition of the organization and operation of municipal inspectorates within municipalities, in the concrete case of the Municipality of Ferizaj. The analysis will be deepened in the hierarchical structure and responsibilities of the inspectorates, highlighting their role in the management of local problems and the implementation of the law at the municipal level. The research will include an analysis of the interaction of the inspectorates with other municipal bodies, identifying synergies and potential challenges. To reflect the reality, a special case study will be considered the case study of the municipality of Ferizaj, offering a practical and concrete perspective on the challenges and opportunities that this municipality faces. Through this research, we aim to provide specific recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of municipal inspectorates, contributing to a better management of local issues and the rule of law at the municipal level.
