PËRDORIMI I STRATEGJIVE TË EDUKIMIT NË MOTIVIMIN E FËMIJËVE NË MOSHAT E HERSHME NË KOMUNËN E DRAGASHIT

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to identify the degree of impact of motivation on learning of preschool children, that is, to understand the impact of the project-based learning strategy on the learning of preschool children, as well as the differences between the components of motivation for learning of preschool children of the age group of 5-6 years in the Municipality of Dragash. In this paper, a descriptive-correlational method was used, where the sample was 20 respondents (educators). The respondents were educators who teach the age group of 5-6 years in the Municipality of Dragash. For collecting research data, we used a questionnaire as an instrument. In our research, we used three questionnaires: a questionnaire for measuring the level of motivation in learning of preschool children, a questionnaire for measuring the components of motivation of preschool children and a questionnaire for measuring the level of use of the project-based motivation strategy. According to the results of the hypotheses we have: (H1: r =.617, p = .002), which means that there is a positive correlation between the level of motivation and learning among preschool children of the age group 5-6 years of Dragash Municipality. The second hypothesis: (H2: r =.514, p = .004), therefore, implies that there is a positive correlation between the level of learning and the motivation strategy of project-based learning among preschool children aged 5-6 years in the Municipality of Dragash, and according to the findings of the third hypothesis: beliefs and expectations: (H3: p= .421, F= .790); the value of learning: (H3: p= .561, F= .946); and attributes: (H3: p= .691, F= .562), we understand that there are no significant differences between the motivation components and that all three of these motivation components are equally presented among children aged 5-6 years in the Municipality of Dragash. Based on the research results, we have concluded that motivation is a very important factor in the learning of preschool children aged 5-6 years, there are no differences between the components of motivation in the learning of preschool children and that the motivational strategy of project-based learning affects the learning motivation of preschool children aged 5-6 years in the Municipality of Dragash
