One of the main factors is usage of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from school directors, in the process of directing/managing of schools. The focus of Ministry of Education Science and Technology is training school directors in using the ICT in the leadership and management process. By doing this Ministry of Education Science and Technology has shown commitment and readiness for further professional development. Even though concrete steps have been undertaken in sending the school manager into training professional courses, the lack of ICT equipment at the schools as well as lack of readiness of a certain number of school managers to use the ICT in a advance way of directing schools is vivid. There for the main purpose of this paper is to achieve objective conclusions regarding the importance, influence and quality work development through the regular and the right use of technology. Also through the research we have findings of the sage and lack of usage of technology by school managers and the reasons why. The research has been done in the school of Kosovo’s main towns: Prishtina, Prizren and Gjakova. For the data collection and analyses we have used SPSS methodology. By studying and comparing the data from different sources we get a clear recommendation for the direct and indirect factors that influence the improvement of sage of technology in school managements.Item Teacher preparation reforms in Kosovo(AAB College, 2025-07-16) Bicaj, ArberoreEducation is the key supporter of society, yet at the same time it is the main challenge to hu manity and society.
